Product Description
NGR Series coordinate measuring machine is a high performance automatic CMM with large travel. Thanks to the advanced design, finite element analysis, dynamic features and mechanics analysis, error detecting and compensation, the NGR series is with outstanding rigidity and stability.
The NGR series CMM supports a variety of measurement methods, including triggered digital probe measurement, continuous contact analog probe scanning and laser probe scanning. All of these probe options are completely interchangeable, which helps to measure geometric parts and free shape parts.
CMM Characteristic
- The integral granite workbench make the machine characterized with the good rigidity, strong bearing capacity, wide workpiece placing space and convenient loading and unloading;
- The NGR series is compatible with Renishaw all series of the trigger and contacting scanning probe, also with the LS series laser scanning probe, high accuracy laser point scanning probe, to achieve the complicated curve high speed scanning. (Reserve engineering)
- The main guide rail is designed to be longer to increase the span of guiding air bearing, and substantially improve the guiding precision of the main guide rail;
- The NGR Series coordinate measuring machine use high accuracy L type standing structure, ensures the stability, smooth driving, and large measuring space, also offers fast measuring speed, minimizing the angle swinging and vertical offset during the running process, achieve high measuring accuracy.
- Z-axis adopts the adjustable pneumatic balance device , which can adjust the counterbalance with facility although equipped with different probe systems, so that it can reach the best state.

Manual grinding of column material plane accuracy
In the era of mass production machining, whether it is marble, aluminum alloy, or ceramic materials, the accuracy achieved by machine processing can only be maintained within a certain range of overall accuracy. However, local accuracy requires manual grinding in order to achieve the best results in the final accuracy. Our grinding master has more than ten years of grinding experience and is familiar with the grinding methods of different materials, ensuring accuracy in every detail of the machine.
RENISHAW XM600 Laser Calibration
In order to further improve the accuracy of CMM, we use the RENISHAW XM600 laser interferometer to quickly measure, analyze, and compensate for errors on the machine. XM600 can accurately calibrate and align multiple axes of CMM to ensure motion accuracy, while greatly improving calibration efficiency. With just one setting, it can measure six errors: linearity, pitch, torsion, roll, horizontal and vertical straightness.

Performance
--High rigidity air bearing
The unique air bearing design makes the machine running fast and stable,positioning is very accurate.
--Zero hysteresis friction drive
All the three-axis transmission adopts friction transmission and adopts "self correcting deviation" stable transmission system. The transmission system adopts the structure of "fixed + micro suspension" to ensure that the transmission is parallel to the guide rail! It can keep the stability of precision and the smoothness of movement while moving at high speed. Moreover, it improves the self-protection of the machine tool in case of collision and makes it safer to use.

Software
Standard software is Rational-DMIS. (Can also change to other software)
Rational - DMIS is a newly developed large-scale integrated 3D measurement software package. In addition to the development and design of the software, which takes into account the requirements of beginners for easy learning and use of the software and high-level users for the function of the software, more importantly, it becomes a model of CMM measurement software standardization.
Rational DMIS programs are designed with the full and native DMIS kernel until version 5.0 of DMIS, which is totally different from the so-called "support DMIS" (the kernel is not DMIS). As we all know, DMIS has become an ISO standard (ISO 22093:2003)
- Based on Windows operating system, graphical interface, user-defined, convenient and intuitive operation

- The DMIS program language can be expressed in a common language (including English). It is very easy for the operator to interpret the meaning of DMIS statements. It has the same program interface as windows browser and can realize drag program modification. Program mirroring is possible.
- There are various ways to establish coordinate system, including geometric method, 3-2-1 method, RPS method, best fit method, etc., and two alignment methods, manual and guide, are provided. It is applicable to all industries such as machining, automobile, mould checking tool, blade, etc
- Parts coordinate system automatic approximation function, rough coordinate system can be built, and then the system can automatically align to approach the best state.
- The "template" function is convenient to call the existing benchmark, calibration, measurement program and other new programs.
- The "self-learning" method is used to prepare the part program.

Packaging & Shipping
Packaging sequence:
1. Remove the casing and fix the spindle and crossbeam with a high rigidity bracket
2. Fixed on a thick solid wood base specifically designed for export
3. Vacuum packaging to prevent internal parts from rusting due to shipping moisture
4. Install a layer of waterproof and moisture-proof cloth inside the wooden box to prevent water leakage
5. Finally, reinforce the packaging with fumigated solid wood boards
