Why to use blue light type?
The blue light scanner is equipped with a filter on the lens to allow only blue light of a specific wavelength to pass through. Since the content of blue light in natural light and illumination light source is very small, most of the light is filtered by the filter, but the light from the blue light projection light source can be collected through the lens cup image sensor. In this way, most of the ambient light interference is eliminated. It can scan in the complex light environment of the workshop; High brightness LED cold light source is adopted, which greatly extends the service life, generates less heat, and has high stability of scanning accuracy; The scanning accuracy is further improved by using a low distortion lens.
Blue ligh 3d scanner application:
In some applications, it is impossible to completely shield the ambient light at the scanning site, and the ambient light will affect the scanning results.
1) Excessive ambient light will saturate the image sensor;
2) AC lighting source will bring AC noise to the scanning results;
3) The changing ambient light will affect the scanning results.
Fast scanning speed
Single side scanning time is less than 5 seconds, scanning small parts only takes a few minutes; Scanning an object of 1 meter in size takes about 30 minutes.
