Vision measurement machine is a high-precision instrument consisting of a high-resolution CCD color lens, a continuous zoom objective lens, a color display, a video crosshair display, a precision grating ruler, a multi-function data processor, a data measuring software and a high-precision workbench structure. Used for accurate physical dimension measuring, VMM ' s accuracy up to micron level,which is an optical measuring instrument using the camera to capture the image of the work piece, analyse the image pixel and calculate the 2D dimension with the measuring software.

NFA Series full automatic vision measuring instrument, which is based on machine vision and has the functions of automatic edge extraction, automatic matching, automatic focusing, CNC automatic measurement of displacement, etc. At the same time, it is based on the automatic focusing process under machine vision and micron precise control, which can meet the needs of height measurement (contact probe can also be added). It supports the software performance of spatial coordinate rotation, and can conduct batch measurement when the workpiece is placed at will. It can also use fixtures to conduct mass scanning measurement and SPC result classification.
