The KOSAKA BEAK Master series articulated arm is a high-precision 3D measuring instrument independently R&D and manufactured by Japan Kosaka Laboratory, engineered to deliver professional and reliable metrology solutions for high-precision manufacturing fields. As a compact measuring device, it features outstanding portability and space-saving design, with a high degree of operational freedom in measurement. Its flexible articulated structure allows it to easily access hard-to-reach positions and complex contours that are difficult to measure with traditional methods, greatly improving the adaptability and efficiency of on-site measurement.
 
Adhering to the ISO 10360-12 standard, the KOSAKA BEAK Master series boasts exceptional measurement accuracy, with EUNI and LDIA precision both reaching 0.015mm, and its laser scanning precision even hitting 0.008mm. Equipped with a high-sensitivity laser scanning module, the instrument can accurately scan workpieces with glossy surfaces and varying reflectivity without additional surface treatment, and it excels in capturing fine geometric features such as holes, protrusions, end faces and threads with ultra-high precision. It supports a full range of professional measurement functions including reverse engineering and CAD comparison inspection, which can effectively eliminate human errors in manual measurement and ensure the consistency and accuracy of measurement data.
