 The FV series flash measuring machine use dual telecentric high-resolution optical lenses, combined with high-precision image analysis algorithms, and incorporate the principle of one click flash measuring. Not only can it quickly measure the flat dimensions and geometric tolerances of products, but it can also be used in conjunction with laser measurement of segment differences, porosity, and flatness dimensions. The FV series of flash measuring machine is equipped with a comprehensive light source system and optimized edge finding algorithms, greatly improving its ability to measure product surface dimensions and solving the pain point of "difficult surface size measurement" in the industry.
