Each part is selected strictly in the period of manufacturing and make sure that all parts are connected perfectly and opportunely in the period of assembly. The acceptance of measuring machines takes place according to ISO 10360-2. In doing so, two standardized acceptance procedures are used. All measuring machines are measured with an ultra precision laser. Afterwards, a test conforming to standards with DKD-certified solid measures such as gauge blocks, ball plates, etc. is conducted. Therefore, the machine customers use at last is real high quality,high precision and German Technology.

Granite working platform is the support of the whole machine,and its good quality affects the performance of the whole machine.The three shafts are made of granite material and processed as a whole.
Grating ruler --- Renishaw high precision scale
NEVA coordinate measuring machine adopt Renishaw high precision grating ruler,resolution from 0.1um to 20nm.Grating ruler is an important part of CMM. Renishaw scale has the best market reputation and guarantee in quality and after-sales.
Transmission System --- Friction type "self correction"

All the three-axis transmission adopts friction transmission and adopts "self correcting deviation" stable transmission system. TP20,TP200,SP25,SP80,REVO probe also available.
Controller system:
NBT Series 's standard control is RENISHAW S3,but we can also change to S5,LK controller box, or others.
Software
Standard software is Rational-DMIS. (Can also change to other software)
Rational - DMIS is a newly developed large-scale integrated 3D measurement software package. In addition to the development and design of the software, which takes into account the requirements of beginners for easy learning and use of the software and high-level users for the function of the software, more importantly, it becomes a model of CMM measurement software standardization.
Rational DMIS programs are designed with the full and native DMIS kernel until version 5.0 of DMIS, which is totally different from the so-called "support DMIS" (the kernel is not DMIS). As we all know, DMIS has become an ISO standard (ISO 22093:2003)

- There are various ways to establish coordinate system, including geometric method, 3-2-1 method, RPS method, best fit method, etc., and two alignment methods, manual and guide, are provided. It is applicable to all industries such as machining, automobile, mould checking tool, blade, etc
