Semi-Auto Video Measuring System with Z Axis Auto Focus for Electronics

The NSA Series semi-automatic VMM is based on manual operation.It is positioned between automatic and manual measuring instruments and serves as a bridge between the two instruments.

The Z-axis of the equipment is driven by advanced servo motors, and the XY adopts a zero wear device with toothless nuts to ensure the service life of the instrument. An optional pneumatic toothless nut device is also available to improve personnel operation efficiency. After more than ten years of continuous improvement and upgrading, this equipment is widely used in the lithium battery industry, circuit board industry, sheet metal industry, backlight optoelectronic industry, and has also been recognized by various industries.

The NSA series adopts a fixed magnification card position zoom lens (1:6.5 optical system), linear compensation characteristics (optical and platform), automatic focusing function, advanced light source, and measurement program compatibility, making the imaging system the most advanced measuring instrument in its class.
