Manual grinding of column material plane accuracy

RENISHAW XM600 Laser Calibration
In order to further improve the accuracy of CMM, we use the RENISHAW XM600 laser interferometer to quickly measure, analyze, and compensate for errors on the machine. XM600 can accurately calibrate and align multiple axes of CMM to ensure motion accuracy, while greatly improving calibration efficiency. With just one setting, it can measure six errors: linearity, pitch, torsion, roll, horizontal and vertical straightness.

All the three-axis transmission adopts friction transmission and adopts "self correcting deviation" stable transmission system. Rational - DMIS is a newly developed large-scale integrated 3D measurement software package. In addition to the development and design of the software, which takes into account the requirements of beginners for easy learning and use of the software and high-level users for the function of the software, more importantly, it becomes a model of CMM measurement software standardization.
Rational DMIS programs are designed with the full and native DMIS kernel until version 5.0 of DMIS, which is totally different from the so-called "support DMIS" (the kernel is not DMIS). As we all know, DMIS has become an ISO standard (ISO 22093:2003)
  1. Based on Windows operating system, graphical interface, user-defined, convenient and intuitive operation
  2. Measurement function of all 2D and 3D geometric elements
  3. Have English layout and online English help
  4. Tolerance evaluation of geometric elements conforming to ISO standards, including straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity, angle, symmetry, position, coaxiality, concentricity, axial runout, radial runout, total runout, etc.

  8. The DMIS program language can be expressed in a common language (including English). It is very easy for the operator to interpret the meaning of DMIS statements. It has the same program interface as windows browser and can realize drag program modification. Program mirroring is possible.
  9. There are various ways to establish coordinate system, including geometric method, 3-2-1 method, RPS method, best fit method, etc., and two alignment methods, manual and guide, are provided. It is applicable to all industries such as machining, automobile, mould checking tool, blade, etc
  10. Parts coordinate system automatic approximation function, rough coordinate system can be built, and then the system can automatically align to approach the best state.
  11. The "template" function is convenient to call the existing benchmark, calibration, measurement program and other new programs.
  12. The "self-learning" method is used to prepare the part program.
